廣州隊與柔佛新山隊的亞冠首輪小組賽一觸即發 ，4月14日 ，队主的球队廣州青年軍主帥潘勇赫和後腰楊鑫出席賽前發布會 。帅柔山支展望本次亞冠之旅，佛新潘勇赫希望球隊能比去年有所進步 ，怕们同時教練組也在不斷向年輕球員傳遞信心 ：“對手很強大，广州但我們並不懼怕他們 ！队主的球队”
受疫情影響，帅柔山支廣州隊連續兩年在缺少主力球員的佛新情況下以青年軍出戰亞冠小組賽 。對此 ，怕们潘勇赫表示 ：“這是广州俱樂部全新戰略的一部分 ，我們會更加重視青年球員的队主的球队發展 ，從恒大足校創造屬於我們自己的帅柔山支超級球星 ，這也是佛新俱樂部的長期願景 。”

談到本次亞冠前景 ，怕们潘勇赫明顯有所期待 ，“對於今年的比賽，我們將會盡最大的努力去表現自己 ，最重要的是希望比去年有所進步。柔佛新山隊是一支強大的球隊 ，他們在本土聯賽中度過了一段美好的時光 ，但我們要向對手傳達的信息是並不害怕他們 。”
此外 ，潘勇赫也表示隊中的年輕球員有動力去展示自己的能力，“他們必須充分利用這次機會獲取經驗 ，在最高水平的賽事中取得成長和進步 。”潘勇赫說 。
麵對以年輕球員為班底的廣州隊 ，柔佛新山隊主帥莫拉認為即使對手不是以一線隊陣容出戰 ，也不會是一場很輕鬆的比賽。
“廣州隊擁有全亞洲最好的足球學院 ，他們當中也有很多優秀的球員 ，我們必須警惕來自中國的年輕球員的表現 ，不能低估他們的發揮 。”同時莫拉也表示球隊已準備就緒 ，並且為在主場作戰而感到幸運。（文/羊城晚報全媒體記者 柴智）
