近日 ，戴琳贷千中國裁判文書網公布了遼寧省沈陽市中級人民法院一份執行裁定書 ，回应其中顯示 ，民间現效力於山東泰山足球俱樂部的借贷纠纷前國腳戴琳身陷一起案值千萬元級別的民間借貸糾紛案 ，其賬戶已被查封凍結；同時案件執行法院——沈陽市鐵西區人民法院還向戴琳單位下發了協助執行通知書 ，案没要求停止向戴琳支付工資 、有借獎金等以11268075元為限。戴琳贷千
裁定書顯示：原告張磊與被告戴琳、回应陳紅 、民间曹曉音民間借貸糾紛一案於2021年3月9日立案 ，借贷纠纷沈陽市鐵西區人民法院在受理該案過程中 ，案没依原告訴前保全申請 ，有借在2021年2月8日作出（2021）遼0106執保222號執行裁定書，戴琳贷千裁定凍結三被告價值11268075元的回应財產 ，查封了被告戴琳和陳紅的民间銀行賬戶 。2021年3月19日 ，辦案人又到申請人戴琳工作單位送達協助執行通知書，要求協助執行以下項目：停止向戴琳支付工資 、獎金 、廣告代理費 、分紅的一切報酬 ，停止支付金額以人民幣11268075元為限 。
