裁定書顯示 ：原告張磊與被告戴琳 、回应陳紅 、民间曹曉音民間借貸糾紛一案於2021年3月9日立案，借贷纠纷沈陽市鐵西區人民法院在受理該案過程中 ，案没依原告訴前保全申請 ，有借在2021年2月8日作出（2021）遼0106執保222號執行裁定書 ，戴琳贷千裁定凍結三被告價值11268075元的回应財產 ，查封了被告戴琳和陳紅的民间銀行賬戶 。2021年3月19日 ，辦案人又到申請人戴琳工作單位送達協助執行通知書 ，要求協助執行以下項目 ：停止向戴琳支付工資、獎金 、廣告代理費、分紅的一切報酬，停止支付金額以人民幣11268075元為限。
