尤文圖斯現在隻剩下11輪意甲 ，他們知道不能再丟分 ，否則很有可能無緣前四。目前排名第五的是那不勒斯 ，僅落後尤文圖斯2分 。在爆冷輸給貝內文托之後，皮爾洛聲稱他的球隊在各個方麵都很糟糕 ，但他淡化了麵臨壓力的說法。
皮爾洛表示 ：“這不是壓力的問題 ，我們必須踢得更好 ，我們必須贏。我們在各個方麵都踢得很糟糕 。我們操之過急 ，犯了太多錯誤 。我們必須繼續相信自己 。我們必須繼續走我們的道路 ，我們的目標不會改變 ，必須要改變的是頭腦 。”
值得一提的是 ，盡管尤文圖斯體育主管帕拉蒂奇公開力挺皮爾洛 ，但如果意大利媒體的報道可信的話 ，高層對皮爾洛的支持可能不會持續太久。
