巴薩官方宣布 ，簽下將在本月底與裏昂合同到期的宣布荷蘭邊鋒德佩 ，雙方將簽約至2022-23賽季結束。德佩巴薩對德佩的签约签興趣由來已久 ，雖然談判曾經曆波折 ，年第但荷蘭人還是所值順利登陸諾坎普。
這不是巴萨笔免德佩第一次加盟歐陸豪門 。2015年，宣布當時21歲的德佩他在荷甲以22球斬獲金靴 ，隨後轉投曼聯 ，签约签並在曼聯效力了一年半時間 。年第接著德佩轉會加盟裏昂，所值並在這幾年裏持續保持高光 。巴萨笔免2019-20賽季 ，宣布德佩隨裏昂隊打進歐冠四強和法國杯決賽 ，德佩又在2020-21賽季的法甲聯賽中打進20球，奪得銀靴 ，並以12次助攻的成績成為助攻王 。在國家隊 ，德佩出場66次並打進27球 ，本屆歐洲杯上 ，他在與奧地利的比賽中有所斬獲 。
德佩主司左翼，但其實可以出任前場的任何位置。這次加盟巴薩 ，一方麵是他因為自由球員的身份 ，另一方麵則是主教練科曼的器重 。作為目前荷蘭隊中的核心球員 。德佩與科曼非常熟悉 。不過在下賽季的巴薩 ，兼具技術和力量的他會扮演怎樣的角色 ，拿出怎樣的表現 ，還是要等待比賽的進一步檢驗。而在引進德佩後，巴薩一家在這個轉會期完成了4筆簽約：免簽阿圭羅 、埃裏克·加西亞 ，回購埃莫森 ，以及這次免簽德佩。
