本場比賽對於兩支球隊來講都是马晓门生死戰。開場第8分鍾 ，旭关山東女足便早早取得領先 。全运强逆第37分鍾 ，京女级强键破馬曉旭幫助北京女足扳平比分，足顽转山雙方帶著平局結束了上半場的东晋較量。第54分鍾 ，马晓门張琳豔的旭关進球讓北京女足將比分反超。最終，全运强逆北京女足將2比1的京女级强键破比分保持了到了最後。
北京女足的足顽转山晉級之路並不易 ，首戰0比2不敵山東女足 ，通過第二場比賽1比0小勝四川女足後 ，才保留了晉級四強的希望 。前兩場比賽1勝1負 ，北京女足必須在第三戰再次麵對山東女足的時候取得勝利 ，才能夠晉級四強 。
在本屆全運會的賽製之下 ，北京女足在首戰失利後就需要背水一戰 ，“第一場輸了以後 ，在這個賽製下就是場場都是生死戰 。這種情況下 ，隊員很好地貫徹了我們賽前準備會的布置 。”思想統一 、重視對手、發揮水平 ，這是主帥於允在第二場麵對四川女足賽前對球隊提出的12字要求 ，在他看來隻有這樣才能把握比賽的主動權 。就這樣 ，北京女足在一場雨戰中戰勝了四川女足 ，從而進入到第三輪比賽 。
再次麵對山東女足 ，這又是一場“生死戰” ，比賽結果將直接決定兩支球隊的去留。不重蹈首戰的覆轍 ，這是北京女足必須做到的事情。“希望我們球隊不要在同一個地方跌倒兩次 。”本場比賽之前 ，於允這樣說道 。隊長王晨也表示 ，球隊會拿出最大的激情和最好的狀態 ，再次迎戰山東女足 。最終，北京女足逆轉戰勝了對手 ，從而挺進四強 ，將於9月23日進行半決賽的較量。
