北京時間12月20日 ，據《利物浦回聲報》報道 ，逊红下在利物浦2-2戰平熱刺的牌罚判罚比賽中 ，貢獻了1次助攻 ，最好1粒進球和1張紅牌的还别“絕對主角”羅伯遜，賽後發布個人社交媒體評論了自己的罗伯聊表現。
羅伯遜寫到 ：“我從小就被教育，逊红下在做錯事的牌罚判罚時候 ，要勇於承擔責任 。最好我不得不承認的还别是 ，我的罗伯聊那次搶斷很糟糕 ，是逊红下我的判斷出現了失誤。”

紅軍左後衛隨即話鋒一轉 ：“也許我最好還是还别不要去談論發生在比賽中的其他事情，我隻想說我為球隊的其他成員感到驕傲 。”

本場比賽的主裁判引發了極大的爭議 ，熱刺前鋒哈裏-凱恩在比賽中爆鏟羅伯遜被出示黃牌，很多人認為英格蘭隊長應該被紅牌罰下才是 。利物浦方麵同樣認為他們應該在若塔的那次倒地中獲得點球 ，但無論是主裁還是VAR ，最終都沒有給出 。
與此同時 ，令人尷尬的是，熱刺方麵同樣對判罰不滿 ，阿裏殺入禁區後的倒地同樣沒有被吹罰 ，而且這還導致了紅軍快速反擊的進球。
