當地時間3月26日晚，国足官最攻中國男足進行了抵達阿曼馬斯喀特後的渴望第2次訓練 。雖然中場球員金敬道連續2天缺席全隊合練，用胜但球隊仍按部就班地按照自身節奏備戰 。利收據了解 ，后战或变麵對同組第5檔 ，阵加也就是强进低於本隊1檔的阿曼隊 ，中國隊唯有不敗才能確保球隊在亞洲的国足官最攻排名不會進一步跌落 。而主教練李霄鵬及全隊也非常渴望能以一場勝利為本屆12強賽收官 。渴望在這種情況下 ，用胜中國隊最近兩天已經有意識強化進攻端的利收訓練 ，強化由守轉攻的后战或变轉移速度與質量成為26日晚訓練的主要內容 。
中國隊於當地時間3月25日下午抵達馬斯喀特後 ，阵加立即前往駐地酒店休息 。强进而當晚，国足官最攻全隊就出現在蘇爾坦·卡布斯體育中心副場 ，也就是29日客戰阿曼隊比賽場地的副場進行訓練 。
當時共有21名球員到場 ，在中、沙比賽中均出場的朱辰傑、戴偉浚 、金敬道3人因傷未能到場 。而在當地時間26日晚進行的訓練中 ，朱辰傑 、戴偉浚已經到場 。金敬道仍留在酒店內調整 。
在全隊進入合練後 ，朱辰傑與上輪首發登場的左中衛鄭錚一起 ，在隊醫陪同下場邊慢走 ，接著慢跑。從球隊反映的情況看，兩人的傷勢都不算嚴重，經過休整後 ，都能正常參加訓練、比賽。戴偉浚則完整地參加了26日的合練 。
事實上 ，金敬道原本是教練組在中 、沙比賽中推出的首發雙後腰人選之一 。但因為賽前訓練中出現了傷勢 ，金敬道最終未能首發登場。而作為替補登場後 ，其大腿肌肉的傷勢進一步加劇 。在這種情況下，教練組不得不加強對他身體的保護 。
需要說明的是，隊長吳曦上輪停賽後，本輪得以複出 。不出意外的話，他將在客戰阿曼隊的比賽中，重新進入國足首發陣容 ，與徐新搭檔雙後腰 。
26日晚 ，中國隊的訓練量相比於前段時間明顯減少了許多 。在全隊進行牽拉等身體恢複訓練後，教練組先後安排了小範圍配合 、7人對7人的局部傳接球與反搶球 、射門等專項訓練 。
雖然全場訓練時間不超過70分鍾 ，但訓練內容的安排卻有的放矢 。據了解，結合此前備戰及中 、沙比賽實際情況，中國隊不出意外將繼續在客戰阿曼隊的比賽中主推“三中衛”戰術 。而由於阿曼隊較沙特隊實力遜色不少 ，因此中國隊的具體陣型有可能由“541”重歸“343” 。在隊長吳曦歸位的情況下 ，中國隊將有意識加強進攻 。而26日的訓練正是為了加強球隊由守轉攻的轉移速度與質量。
目前中國隊 、阿曼隊在亞洲範圍內分列第9位、第10位 。如果中國隊本場比賽失利 ，那麽按照計分規則 ，兩隊的排名將互換 。這無疑將給國足帶來更多損失 。從這個角度來說 ，國足有必要改善進攻質量 ，以1場勝利為本隊12強賽之旅收官。
