北京時間11月5日 ，曝足關於河南嵩山龍門隊員劉家輝是协杯协正否應該累計兩張黃牌被停賽一事在網絡上引發討論 。有記者就通過社交媒體發文表示，河南或开劉家輝沒停賽是队球不對的 。
《足球報》記者陳永表示 ：最後詳細說關於劉家輝和卡蘭加的员出研究停賽問題，足協在劉家輝的场违停賽問題上弄錯了 。首先說劉家輝：目前確實查到了他是规足兩張黃牌 ：第一張是和重慶比賽第40分鍾 ，開球拖延比賽時間黃牌 ，罚单第二張是曝足和四川九牛比賽第55分鍾 ，對南小亨犯規黃牌 。协杯协正
足協杯的河南或开規定是 ：半決賽首回合及之前比賽的黃牌不帶入之後的比賽 。但是队球，半決賽首回合及之前比賽（正賽） ，员出研究黃牌在這個區間不清零 ，场违自然還是规足要停賽的 ，所以劉家輝應該在半決賽首回合停賽 。
換句話說，足協杯比賽分為三個階段 ：預賽 、半決賽首回合及之前的比賽 、半決賽首回合及決賽 。三個階段的停賽帶入 ，單張黃牌不帶入 ，但三個階段內部的累計黃牌肯定要停賽 。
至於卡蘭加 ，了解到的消息顯示 ，他在和四川九牛的第二回合已經停賽了 ，好像目前的消息是明天的比賽卡蘭加應該是可以打的 。因為尚未發生 ，所以沒有查證 ，明天就知道了。
之後 ，陳永又補充道：看了一下相關規定 ，卡蘭加肯定不用停賽了。不過 ，劉家輝沒停賽肯定不對 ，因為規定是半決賽首回合及之前的不帶入半決賽次回合 ，但半決賽首回合之前的正賽要帶入半決賽首回合 ，也就是說比賽分為預賽、半決賽首回合及之前的正賽 ，半決賽次回合及決賽三個階段 。不知道當時足協怎麽搞的出現了這種錯誤 。
之後有又從業者指出 ：如果上場資格出錯 ，責任主體首先是球員所在球隊（俱樂部） ，等官宣吧 ！其中知情者透露 ：違規出場這事 ，下午足協相關部門就在研究 ，今晚處罰令應該就出來了吧 。（卓奧友）
