北京時間6月5日，拉伊联系據美國ESPN報道，奥拉著名經紀人拉伊奧拉已經主動與意甲豪門AC米蘭俱樂部取得了聯係 ，主动希望重啟多納魯馬的米兰马续續約談判。
多納魯馬的望重合同將在本月底到期 ，在多次續約談判均無法達成一致的启多情況下 ，AC米蘭俱樂部引進了新科法甲冠軍裏爾隊的纳鲁門將邁尼昂 ，這也就意味著小多將會在合同到期後以自由身離隊 。约谈不過 ，拉伊联系事情卻在近幾天出現了反轉 。奥拉根據ESPN的主动消息，拉伊奧拉已經主動與AC米蘭方麵取得了聯係，米兰马续他希望能夠重啟多納魯馬的望重續約談判 。在簽下邁尼昂之前 ，启多誠意十足的纳鲁AC米蘭曾多次給拉伊奧拉和多納魯馬送上報價 ，但都被無情拒絕 。被稱為“最難搞”經紀人的拉伊奧拉不僅要求米蘭方麵給他的客戶開出1000萬歐元的年薪，並且還要給自己一筆2000萬歐元的傭金 。這樣的條件是米蘭方麵無論如何都無法接受的 ，在多次協商無果的情況下 ，米蘭選擇了主動放棄 ，並迅速引進了邁尼昂作為小多的替身 。米蘭總監馬爾蒂尼此前已多次表示祝多納魯馬未來好運 ，這也就基本確定了球員將會離隊 。
ESPN表示 ，在AC米蘭主動放棄續約多納魯馬的情況下 ，拉伊奧拉與其他豪門的談判籌碼變少了 ，這是他再次聯係米蘭的重要原因 。AC米蘭的退出使得其他俱樂部免簽多納魯馬的可能性變大 ，而這使得拉胖在談判中的優勢變小 ，在這樣的情況下 ，他又重新與米蘭方麵探討了球員續約的可能性。在新科法甲冠軍裏爾主力門將邁尼昂已經到位的情況下 ，多納魯馬對於AC米蘭的重要性已經降低 ，拉伊奧拉此舉很可能會自討沒趣。
