4月15日 ，亚洲议重2023亞洲杯中國組委會召集十賽區競賽和場館業務負責人齊聚山城重慶，杯工舉行為期兩天的庆召培訓學習和工作研討會議。
這是亚洲议重亞洲杯中國組委會本年度組織召開的首次線下會議 ，組委會副秘書長何璽向與會代表介紹了亞洲杯籌備工作的杯工總體進展情況。亞洲杯中國組委會競賽部特地邀請具有豐富亞足聯賽事經驗的庆召競賽專家向與會代表分享了競賽組織管理方麵的知識和經驗 ，大家認真學習 、亚洲议重交流和研討 ，杯工氣氛熱烈 。庆召亞洲杯中國組委會競賽部部長費建表示 ，亚洲议重這是杯工亞洲杯中國組委會組織的第二次線下培訓交流 ，希望通過有計劃的庆召培訓 ，提高各賽區的亚洲议重辦賽水平 ，為亞洲杯的杯工競賽組織工作提供有力保障 。
來自亞洲杯十座承辦城市的庆召場館建設部門負責人還參加了亞洲杯場館建設工作會 ，中國組委會場館安保部部長趙金福重點介紹了場館建設重要時間節點 ，要求各賽區在保證安全生產的情況下加快推進場館建設 ，並對下一階段的工作與重點關注問題進行了詳細闡述 。
亞洲杯中國組委會秘書長史強參加會議並發表講話 ，他要求各賽區要抓緊抓實各項工作 ，繼續穩步推進籌備工作 ，他表示 ：“大家要清醒地認識到辦賽籌備時間緊 、任務重，增強緊迫感、責任感 、使命感 ，按照計劃把各項工作抓緊抓實 。”與此同時，史強還強調，亞洲杯各賽區與組委會秘書處之間 、各賽區之間以及各賽區內部不同業務部門之間都要加強溝通交流 ，建立有效的溝通協調機製，相互學習、群策群力 ，共同助力亞洲杯的順利舉辦 。
16日 ，與會人員專程到重慶龍興足球場建設工地現場參觀調研 。
重慶龍興足球場建設項目進展順利 。據現場建設施工單位負責人介紹，龍興足球場正在進行地上四層結構施工（含負一層共五層） ，累計完成混凝土主體結構施工總進度的 85% ，預計今年4月20日開始鋼結構首吊 ，4月30日前完成主體結構施工 。龍興足球場項目負責人表示 ，重慶賽區有信心在保證打造精品工程的前提下 ，按亞洲杯中國組委會要求如期竣工，為2023年中國亞洲杯重慶賽區的各項競賽組織籌辦工作奠定堅實基礎 。
