本報訊（記者 趙睿）40強賽中國隊小組對手近期陸續開始備戰工作 ，国足各不過 ，对手店训與中國隊獲得了各方麵大力支持不同，备战他們的难处準備期顯然是相對落後了 。
5月20日 ，叙利與中國隊競爭A組第二名的亚人菲律賓隊公布集訓名單 ，25名隊員中參加過40強賽第一循環主場逼平中國隊的整马隊員隻有11名 ，其中8名隊員是尔代那場比賽的首發 ，12名隊員以前未代表菲律賓隊比賽過 。夫酒而且 ，国足各大名單中尚有4名隊員還沒有完成轉換國籍後的对手店训注冊工作 ，能否來華還是备战未知數 。
中國隊小組最強對手敘利亞隊5月20日淩晨抵達迪拜 ，难处總共隻有不到10名隊員參加了訓練 。叙利從昨天開始，亚人敘利亞隊隊員陸續歸隊 ，其中包括中鋒索瑪。敘利亞隊中還有曾在河南建業效力過的中後衛薩利赫 ，以及他們最有威脅的進攻隊員馬瓦斯 。敘利亞隊已明確表示由於人員不齊 ，因此在迪拜集訓期間不安排比賽 。
馬爾代夫隊受困於疫情 ，自本月13日開始集訓以來，隻能在下榻酒店的大宴會廳裏進行訓練 。雖然他們把宴會廳的桌子都挪到一旁 ，但在這樣的環境下也隻能進行一些簡單的有球訓練 。
關島隊本月20日啟程前往韓國 ，與新任主帥徐東沅及部分在美國效力的球員會合 。在關島隊來華參賽的24名隊員中 ，有6名在美國踢球 。
