其中 ，事长許家印不再擔任恒大地產集團的集团董事長 ，由趙長龍接任。公布與此同時 ，变动柯鵬卸任總經理 ，印卸也由趙長龍接任 。任恒人事
在變更前，大地多项趙長龍和何妙玲為董事；變更後，产董趙長龍不再擔任董事 ，事长而是集团由孫蓬勃接替 。
