一 、氣血兩虛導致月經黑色
月經周期提前或者是月经退後 ，月經量變多或者變少 ，乌黑經期延長 ，量少顏色變淡 ，回事質稀 ，月经或者經常出現腰酸或者頭暈眼花 ，乌黑有的量少時候神疲肢倦，臉色蒼白或萎黃，舌質淡紅脈細弱治療宜氣血雙補。
二、氣滯血瘀導致月經顏色變黑
月經前後無定 ，月經量或多或少 ，顏色偏紫紅 ，有血塊 ，經行不暢 ，或者小腹疼痛 ，乳房脹痛 ，脘悶不舒 ，舌質紫黯或有瘀點 ，苔薄白或薄黃 ，脈弦或澀 。治宜活血化瘀 、理氣止痛。

三 、腎虛導致女性月經黑色
月經周期先後無定 ，量少，色淡紅或黯紅 ，質薄 。腰膝酸軟，足跟痛，頭暈耳鳴，或小腹冷 ，或夜尿多 。舌淡 ，脈沉弱或沉遲 。治宜補腎調經 。
月經前兩天量少發黑的注意事項
1 、引發女性月經顏色發黑的因素是有很多 ，首先應該先了解清楚自己的病史 ，需要認真檢查分析病案，對症治療 。
2 、在進行內分泌激素檢查時必須在停止服用內分泌激素藥物三個月以上 ，至少一個月以上 ，在分析報告的時 ，應問清末次月經日期及抽血日期 ，然後在根據抽血處於月經哪一期，對照該正常參考值進行分析 。

3、對於多囊卵巢綜合征或者是卵巢早衰等疾病出現月經量少或者顏色發黑 ，要引起重視 ，如果單純的用中藥治療效果不明顯，可以采用中西藥同時進行治療 。
