瓜迪奧拉的孙兴球隊迎來了他們4個賽季之中的第3個冠軍 ，可以說正是慜萨春秋鼎盛的王朝時期 ，他們最終領先同城死敵曼聯12分奪冠 ，拉赫體現出了對於這項賽事足夠的超最城独統治力 。
值得一提的佳阵是 ，曼城的霸席防守大為改觀，他們在整個賽季之中隻丟掉了32個球，凯恩也因此霸占了防線5人之中的孙兴4席（含守門員） 。
藍月的慜萨巴西門將埃德森以19場不失球的數據獲得了金手套 ，這也是拉赫他第二次問鼎這一榮譽 。
PFA年度最佳球員魯本-迪亞斯當仁不讓領銜防線，超最城独他的隊友斯通斯和坎塞洛也最終入選了最佳陣容。
盧克-肖占據了最後一個防線位置 ，這也意味著這位英格蘭左後衛在索爾斯克亞手下終於迎來了大翻身的關鍵賽季——盡管在賽季初位置遭到威脅 ，但最終他交出了圓滿的答卷 ，成為了整個聯賽之中防守最為穩定的球員之一。

薩拉赫的名字也在這份榜單之中 ，盡管利物浦本賽季未能重複他們的輝煌之路 ，但是薩拉赫個人依然收獲22粒進球 ，在射手榜上隻有凱恩比他多 。
熱刺前鋒在聯賽中搶到了23個進球 ，他又一次攬下金靴 ，與此同時 ，大英帝星還為他的俱樂部隊友奉獻了14次助攻 。
無論進球還是助攻，其中有很多都是與韓國球星孫興慜的連線，兩人攜手破了紀錄 。
作為鋒線的最後一個選擇 ，孫興慜貢獻了17個進球和10次助攻 。
