當地時間4月30日 ，官方阿根廷拉普拉塔大學生隊宣布 ，曼城隊內阿根廷球員達利奧-薩米恩托將在今夏加盟英超曼城隊 。完成万美這是今夏曼城今夏完成的第二筆簽約，此前他們以900萬英鎊的第签價格 ，從弗洛米嫩塞簽下了18歲的元揽妖人巴西邊鋒凱伊。
據知名記者羅馬諾報道，边锋曼城為薩米恩托支付了600萬美元的官方轉會費 ，此外還有1200萬美元的曼城浮動獎金 ，拉普拉塔大學生隊還擁有20%的完成万美未來轉會分成 ，雙方簽訂了一份為期5年的今夏合同。
薩米恩托出生於2003年3月29日 ，第签現年18歲，元揽妖人司職邊鋒 。边锋2019-20賽季 ，官方薩米恩托完成了在拉普拉塔大學生一線隊的首秀 ，當賽季出場8次 ，未取得進球 。2020-21賽季 ，薩米恩托迄今為止為拉普拉塔大學生隊出戰10次 ，同樣還未能取得進球 。
