四川九牛足球俱樂部今日宣布 ，川牛超中场次與安德魯·羅素完成簽約 。官方
安德魯·羅素（Andrew James Russell） ，后卫中國香港籍，安德身高191cm，鲁罗司職中後衛 。素加2014至2017賽季 ，盟中羅素先後效力於香港超級聯賽的甲累计出南華 、和富大埔 ，川牛超中场次並短暫效力於馬來西亞超級聯賽檳城隊。官方2018賽季 ，后卫羅素加盟遼寧隊登陸中甲聯賽 ，安德此後效力於河北隊、鲁罗江西北大門 。素加近四個賽季 ，盟中羅素在中超、中甲聯賽中累計出場77次 。
安德魯·羅素表示：
“我非常高興加入四川九牛俱樂部 。這是一支處於上升期的球隊，我很期待成為計劃中的一部分 。我將用我百分百的投入和比賽經驗，盡可能地幫助到球隊 ，實現我們共同的賽季目標 。同時 ，我也非常期待與洛貝拉教練組的合作 ，我確信自己可以從他那裏學習到很多。”
主教練塞爾吉奧·洛貝拉表示 ：
