馬燦傑出生於2001年，签约前卫球助貴州隊青訓出品 。马灿2019年代表貴州恒豐U19隊參加青超聯賽U19B組的杰中甲出比賽，上賽季獲貴州隊一線隊報名初登職業聯賽 ，川牛场次在中甲出場25次 ，官宣攻攻入4球並送出2次助攻 。签约前卫球助
馬燦傑表示 ：
“非常高興能加入四川九牛俱樂部 ，马灿感謝俱樂部的杰中甲出信任 ，希望在未來的川牛场次賽季裏能夠和球隊一起取得優異的成績 ！”
