北京時間1月15日 ，张玉中國男足繼續在世紀公園球場進行訓練 ，信心張玉寧接受了媒體的攻破采訪 。
記者 ：12強賽想把頭發留到多長？日本怎麽想到留長發型？
張玉寧 ：具體還沒想好 ，長了再剪 。队球对部主要還是后训隔離期間 ，沒有好的有针理發師 ，我又比較挑 。张玉
記者 ：覺得現在球隊有哪些變化 ？信心
張玉寧 ：人數挺多，多了很多年輕球員 ，攻破多了很多活力、日本朝氣 。队球对部很多是后训之前國奧隊友 ，突然很多熟悉的有针小夥伴都來了 。
記者 ：李霄鵬指導和大家有沒有什麽交流 ？张玉
張玉寧 ：今天是第一次全員到齊 ，隨著訓練深入 ，會有更多訓練 、人員的安排 。
記者 ：大家都在熱議教練組的老國腳們 ，你覺得這些教練的意義是什麽 ？
張玉寧 ：確實能感受到前國腳（包括搶圈時）的水平 ，小時候看他們踢球 ，也算是言傳身教 ，也希望能從他們身上學到更多東西。
記者：大家都比較關心與日本的比賽 ，對於你來說有沒有信心攻破日本隊大門 ？
張玉寧：日本隊實力很強 ，之後訓練可能會有針對部署。隻要能打出自己的精氣神，破門很有可能 。
記者 ：李霄鵬球員時期進攻意識很強 ，你覺得這期集訓有沒有針對鋒線做一些部署 ？
張玉寧 ：現在都是剛到 ，剛分出來兩邊的隊伍 ，現在還沒那麽詳細 ，主要還是互相熟悉 、磨合 。
記者 ：剛剛提到分到了兩個隊伍 ，能不能講講自己這支隊伍 ？
張玉寧 ：我們這邊的隊伍更多是新的隊員 ，原來國奧的隊員 ，他們在訓練表現出的欲望很強。
記者 ：之前12強賽不是特別順 ，球隊接下來怎麽恢複信心？
張玉寧 ：也不能說不是特別順利，我覺得我們並沒有丟掉自己的信心 。不管結果如何 ，我們還是打出了自己的東西 ，我們很欣慰展示了自己訓練的東西 。
記者：有沒有開始看日本隊的錄像 ？
張玉寧：我們還沒開始看錄像 。
記者 ：大家身體狀態恢複情況怎麽樣 ？
張玉寧 ：賽程比較密集 ，確實大家比較疲勞 ，有的休息多一點 、有的少一點。經過之前調整訓練，也是循序漸進地進入狀態 ，相信到比賽時候是沒問題的 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
