日前 ，曝苏國米俱樂部主席張康陽在社交媒體上發文慶祝國米拿下意大利杯冠軍 ：終於再次捧起這座獎杯 ，宁球但這不是员自終點 。對於張主席的行垫這一感言 ，包括國足隊長吳曦在內的付百多名前蘇寧球員也在社交媒體上進行了轉發並配文，向蘇寧俱樂部公開討薪。疗费
由於蘇寧俱樂部已經解散，还没而張康陽目前隻是报销部已國際米蘭俱樂部的主席 ，因此目前蘇寧集團方麵對此事仍舊沒有公開回應。俱乐解散據上海媒體《東方體育日報》披露 ，曝苏在此前球員同蘇寧俱樂部簽訂的宁球和解協議中 ，蘇寧承諾將會在去年的员自某些時間節點補齊欠薪 ，但如今和解協議中約定的行垫期限已經過去了數月 ，球員們已經沒有拿到自己的付百薪水。
麵對這種情況 ，疗费3月10日 ，已經退役的周雲和蘇寧俱樂部的官司在南京市雨花台區人民法院開庭 ，此外包括球員楊家威、南小亨以及助理教練曹睿等人起訴蘇寧俱樂部的官司也都在同一法院開庭 ，也有球員在南京以外的地區發起訴訟 ，目前這些官司有的處於等待開庭的狀態 ，還有的等待更高一級法院的審理 。
和此前蘇寧俱樂部工作人員的集體討薪不同，球員們基本以個人為單位討薪 。其中，像周雲 、吉翔和顧超等人2020年年底合同就已經到期 ，在球隊解散後 ，周雲選擇了退役 ，而吉翔和顧超則以自由身的身份加盟其他球隊 。而有合同在身的球員 ，包括國家隊隊長吳曦在內 ，由於還要踢球 ，最終不得不放棄2021年兩個月的薪水 ，這才換得俱樂部出局轉會證明 ，得到了去其他球隊踢球的機會。
相對工作人員總計300萬拖欠薪水和補償金 ，球員們被欠薪的數額巨大 。並且 ，有的球員被拖欠的不僅僅是工資 ，還有球員在受傷之後 ，由於需要進行相關的醫學治療和後續康複 ，而俱樂部無法出資 ，最終球員先行墊付了100多萬的費用 ，結果不僅沒有等到俱樂部報銷 ，卻迎來了球隊解散的噩耗 。
