歐超原本打算設置15個初創俱樂部 ，目前隻有12家俱樂部加盟 ，還有3個名額空缺 。拜仁和多特蒙德都官宣表態拒絕加盟歐超，巴黎也同樣沒有出現在初創俱樂部名單中。弗洛倫蒂諾對此表態：“至少到今天為止 ，我們還沒有邀請巴黎 。我們也還沒和德國俱樂部談過，我們現在是12家初創俱樂部 ，我們想要擴展到15家 。如果巴黎和拜仁拒絕我們，那超級聯賽也不會被取消 。”
