崔始源在KBS 2TV月火電視劇《各位國民》中飾演稀裏糊塗與警察結了婚的始源收视資深騙子楊正國 。
在4月9號播出的开始第七集和第八集中 ，決心競選國會議員的反击楊正國為了得到金主英(音譯)的幫助而答應他高價出售位於商圈不景氣位置的破舊建築的條件 ，楊正國也因此將目標鎖定在中了彩票的各位国民老夫婦身上 ，對他們施展騙局 。资深
特別是骗崔在這個過程中楊正國發現自己成為加入智能犯罪稽查隊的妻子金美英追查的目標 ，於是始源收视為了躲開妻子的視線和順利賣掉建築而與她展開了緊張的追逐戰 ，吸引觀眾視線 。开始
但是反击在劇集的結尾楊正國因為老夫婦真摯的話語“我們不想把承受的痛苦帶給別人 ，因為金錢而受到的各位国民傷痛一輩子都不會治愈”而感到內疚，於是资深取消了與老夫婦的建築交易合同，並決定今後不再欺騙他人 ，骗崔用自己的力量參選國會議員 ，令觀眾更加期待接下來的劇情發展 。
在這次播放的劇集中飾演楊正國的崔始源展開了從從未失敗過的“資深騙子”到決心成為真正的“國會議員”的複雜的心理變化 ，表現心理變化時豐富多樣的表情和對聲調完美的緩急調整牢牢地吸引了觀眾 ，緊張刺激的追逐戰反響熱烈 。
