對於#請支持低穀中的也支國足#的話題 ，德轉中國區管理員朱藝表示 ：“這話題 。国足 。再次足倒 。霸占榜前 。热搜人国就算他世界倒數第一我也支持啊 ，两位因為他是媒体國足啊 ，我還得記錄他的数第一切呢 ，丟人不可怕 ，怕的是把丟人的事給忘了 。自家孩子不爭氣 ，可以打可以罵 ，打是親罵是愛 ，也可以說你再這樣我不要你了 ，但不可能真的把孩子扔了不要了 。不過外人可沒這資格。 ”
媒體人李璿表認為：“#請支持低穀中的國足#這個話題可以改成#請支持重建中的中國足球# ，因為真正需要支持的 ，是孕育出這樣的國家隊的中國足球本身 ，其中包括職業聯賽的治理體係和治理能力，中國足協這個管理機構的水平 ，青訓的競賽體係和培養模式等等等等 。
國家男足注定無法得到支持 ，輸越南消耗掉了全國人民的耐心 ，這次的論戰給國足造成的輿論環境是最凶險的 ，所有人都在等待最後兩場比賽的結果 ，而缺少了歸化和武磊的國家隊 ，想要在比賽中有突破其實太難了 。絕大多數人對中國足球的印象是通過國足建立的 ，高薪啊海參啊眼神防守啊沒有精神氣質啊等等，也因為這樣國腳們在這個行業遭遇困境時首當其衝也是必然的。
但 ，比國足現狀更值得憂慮的是中國足球本身 ，表象之下，現在的中國足球說崩盤也不為過 ，因為內在的行業秩序規則全部壞掉了 ，合同可以隨意撕毀 ，欠薪球隊也可以過準入 ，這樣的中國足球，隻能重建 ，要想重建，靠目前的這些人和這種管理體製顯然是不行的 ，隻能等待上麵的力度 。”
國家二級裁判員何勝表示 ：“走進球場，聽到國歌響起 ，很難不支持我們自己的球隊 ，我們並不是冠軍隊的球迷 ，我們也不是不接受失敗我們想看到的無非就是球場上你們的拚搏精神 ，是否對得起胸前的五星紅旗哪怕失敗了，也希望能昂著頭走出球場 ！ ”
