北京青年報記者獲悉 ，复工河北足球俱樂部原計劃於2月8日在海南省開啟新賽季中超聯賽季前備戰工作。被推為此 ，迟实俱樂部在上賽季中超聯賽落幕後 ，河北曾將訓練 、队相兑现比賽裝備寄存在中超爭冠組賽區所在地廣州市 。关人关承
然而 ，士相属无8日下午 ，诺直奈俱樂部卻通過官方渠道發布了有關一隊冬訓工作因故推遲的复工公告 。
在此之前有報道稱，被推河北足球俱樂部早在2021年初就曾產生過退出的念頭。彼時，迫於財務方麵的壓力，作為俱樂部母公司的華夏幸福集團曾有意將俱樂部轉讓出去 。但當時有關方麵作了一番挽留 ，希望該集團能繼續運營這家職業足球俱樂部 ，並承諾給予俱樂部一定的支持 。
然而 ，河北隊在2021賽季中超聯賽圓滿完成賽事任務並躋身第2階段爭冠組角逐後 。相關承諾卻未兌現 。
為了“安身立命” ，河北足球俱樂部在上賽季中超聯賽第2階段開賽前 ，進行了一係列內部裁員，甚至安排包括一隊在內的各級俱樂部梯隊無限期停訓。
直到上賽季第2階段中超比賽臨近開賽的時候 ，球隊才在廣大成員自掏腰包墊付各類費用的前提下 ，勉強進入賽區參賽 。據悉 ，河北足球俱樂部在主動推進股改方麵付出了很多努力 ，但從俱樂部內部反映的情況看，時至今日 ，廊坊市體育局等有關方麵仍沒有兌現承諾 。
農曆新年到來前，河北隊方麵曾表示 ，一線隊暫定於農曆正月年初八 ，也就是2月8日重新集中 ，備戰新賽季的中超聯賽 。“盡管目前俱樂部各方麵工作依舊困難重重 、充滿挑戰，但我們相信在各級領導的關懷下 ，在河北球迷的支持下 ，在俱樂部同仁們的努力下 ，河北隊定能披荊斬棘 ，繼續為河北足球增輝添彩 ，為培養中國足球人才蓄勢前行 。”
俱樂部相關人士表示 ，“俱樂部為了正常開展新賽季備戰工作已經想了很多辦法 ，包括‘自救’辦法 。可是相關承諾一直沒有兌現 。而俱樂部現在一直麵臨資金方麵的困難 。複工被推遲實屬無奈 。”
