北京時間12月30日消息，体育近日體育總局公布《關於政協十三屆全國委員會第四次會議第4968號（醫療體育類624號）提案答複的总局函》 ，函中明確表示對各級國家隊運動員的国脚具體要求中 ，國家隊及U23國家隊運動員嚴禁有新的严禁有新紋身 ，對已有紋身者勸誡其自行清除紋身 。纹身
體育總局就五個方麵答複《關於中國足球振興刻不容緩的对已提案》 ，其中第四點提到了關於加強足球運動員管理的劝诫其自建議 。總局表示 ，行清中國足協已重新修訂《中國足球協會國家隊運動員管理辦法》 ，体育其中對各級國家隊運動員提出了明確的总局紀律要求 。各級國家隊將嚴格落實《管理辦法》的国脚相關要求，切實加強國家隊運動員的严禁有新生活、訓練、纹身比賽等方麵的对已管理工作，充分展示中國足球運動員積極向上的劝诫其自精神風貌，做好社會表率。
對各級國家隊運動員的具體要求中，國家隊及U23國家隊運動員嚴禁有新的紋身 ，對已有紋身者勸誡其自行清除紋身 ，如有特殊情況經隊伍同意後必須在訓練 、比賽過程中對紋身進行遮擋；U20國家隊及以下各級國家隊，嚴禁征調有紋身的運動員 。當前國內的足球隊建製中基本已無省隊概念 ，對於在俱樂部中違規違紀的運動員 ，將遵照《中國足球協會紀律準則》中相關條款進行處理 。
各級國家隊將進一步組織開展多種形式的思想政治教育活動 ，加強國家隊運動員的愛國主義教育 ，增強使命感 、責任感 、榮譽感 ，打造能征善戰 、作風優良的國家隊。（DD）
