當地時間9月15日晚，国足归合北京時間16日淩晨 ，将因中國隊繼續前往沙迦俱樂部體育場副場進行室外訓練。训练經過前一天的强度兩練後 ，國足本次訓練的大身強度有所減緩 。而中場尹鴻博 、适伤势門將董春雨因身體不適與正在接受康複治療的严重張琳芃一同留在酒店健身房進行恢複性訓練 。
當地時間15日晚 ，国足归合共有28名國腳出現在沙迦體育場副場的将因國足訓練現場 。原來，训练中場尹鴻博 、强度門將董春雨以及在中、大身日比賽開場階段傷退的适伤势後衛張琳芃都沒有到場 。
據了解，严重尹鴻博與董春雨均因前兩天訓練強度較大 ，国足归合出現了身體不適狀況。此外 ，他們自身也受到了部分小傷影響 ，因此留在酒店內。他們與張琳芃一起，在隊醫指導下 ，在健身房內進行恢複性訓練 。
從隊內反映的情況看 ，尹鴻博 、董春雨的傷勢並不嚴重 ，隻要加以調整 ，便可以重新回到訓練場上 。
13日正式啟動室外訓練課程後 ，國腳們明顯感到訓練量加大。不過 ，教練組始終對全隊備戰的節奏有所調控 。高 、低強度的訓練也在各個訓練日中穿插安排 。比如 ，15日的訓練較前1天的訓練，強度就明顯減緩 。技戰術演練內容占據了訓練的大部分時間 。“邊中結合”及定位球的演練成為當天訓練的主要內容 。
事實上 ，為了應對10月的兩場12強賽關鍵戰 ，中國隊本期集訓將格外注重“實戰演練” 。按照計劃，全隊將於當地時間16日晚進行一次內部教學賽 。
