在昨晚的李铁率《足球之夜》節目中 ，國足主帥李鐵接受采訪透露 ，国足國家隊國腳們的体脂體脂率大部分都在9左右 ，而吳曦能達到8.1 。李铁率
李鐵表示 ：“剛開始我就給他們安排了一天三練 ，国足其實一天兩練也能達到效果 ，体脂但是李铁率我希望他們能夠鍛煉意誌品質 ，這些球員很多都沒有經曆過一天三練 ，国足習慣了他們就知道了 ，体脂李鐵的李铁率國家隊跟之前不一樣，跟俱樂部也不一樣，国足我們的体脂要求肯定是高於他們平時訓練的 。”
“毫無疑問 ，李铁率對於團隊來講 ，国足團隊建設最重要 ，体脂每一次集訓我們都做活動 ，比如去電影院看女排奪冠，看《決戰慕尼黑》這些片子 ，看曼城紀錄片，沒有提到金錢和車 ，提到的是榮譽和獎杯 ，我希望告訴隊員，球隊要想取得好的成績，首先要團結 ，如果球隊要團結 ，更重要的是紀律 。”
李鐵 ，“一些球員在場下要求不嚴格能做好場上是騙人的，隻有場下更自律 ，飲食更重要 ，我們團隊大部分體脂率都在8-9左右 ，像吳曦能做到8.1-8.2 ，非常棒 ，這些不是是說說就行的，是要靠幾個月一年兩年的積累 ，不能吃豬肉 ，因為他們是國家隊的，對於自己的要求就在那裏 。”
