在本就檔期緊張的首战输球赛场情況下 ，中國足協是俱乐不可能專門因為海港隊備戰時間不夠、人員不整而繼續推遲新賽季聯賽的開始日期。海港隊今年中超賽季開始時遭遇的各種困難 ，看上去的確都是無法控製的客觀原因 。如果3月初海港隊能夠像其他正在上海冬訓的中超球隊那樣 ，因為疫情果斷而迅速地選擇轉移去外地 ，原本也可以避免現在如此被動的局麵 。
外援“一缺三”的海港隊 ，新援恩迪亞耶如果能夠再早一些入境 ，爭取趕上新賽季開賽；如果奧斯卡在轉機時候的小意外沒有發生，可能現在的情況就會好很多。冠軍的爭奪一定不會隻在賽場上 ，場下的細節一樣決定成敗 。俱樂部的工作是不是足夠細致 ，考慮得是不是更周全 ，這些都是需要上海海港反思的 。
