法國媒體《隊報》的西媒希望消息稱 ，哈蘭德已經決定今夏離開多特，皇马但是明夏姆巴西班牙媒體《ABC》認為，皇馬高層希望在明夏再求購哈蘭德 ，再引戰艦高層今年的进哈今夏第一目標是姆巴佩 。另外《隊報》分析認為 ，兰德簽下哈蘭德總花費大約為3億歐元，首选拜仁方麵認為花費太大 ，西媒希望因此決定退出哈蘭德爭奪戰 。皇马
最近幾個賽季 ，明夏姆巴哈蘭德火速崛起，再引已經與姆巴佩並稱為可以在未來比肩梅西C羅的进哈今夏球員 。這位中鋒與多特雖然有合同在身 ，兰德但是首选在今年的夏窗 ，他合同中的西媒希望違約金條款成立 ，隻要有球隊拿出7500萬歐元 ，哈蘭德就可以離開 。
不僅如此 ，法國權威的《隊報》稱 ，盡管多特給哈蘭德了一份年薪高達1600萬歐元的新合同 ，但是哈蘭德本人非常希望在今夏離開。合同中有違約金條款，而哈蘭德本人又希望離開，因此在這家媒體看來 ，哈蘭德在夏窗的離隊已經不可避免 。
另外《隊報》分析了哈蘭德的未來下家 ，這家媒體認為 ，巴黎 、皇馬 、曼城 、切爾西是最可能的 。德甲豪門拜仁雖然也對哈蘭德非常感興趣，但是簽下哈蘭德花費巨大 ，這是拜仁無法接受的。
首先，哈蘭德的違約金為7500萬歐元 ，而簽下哈蘭德還需要支付給其經紀人、父親傭金外加簽字費2000萬歐元。同時 ，球隊要需要提供一份年薪3000萬-3500萬歐元的6年合同 ，簽約哈蘭德總花費大約在3億歐元左右 。也正是因為花費巨大 ，拜仁決定退出引進哈蘭德的競爭 。
《隊報》認為皇馬是簽下哈蘭德的球隊之一 ，但是西班牙媒體《ABC》卻表示皇馬至少在今年沒有試圖簽下哈蘭德 ，戰艦今夏的主要目標是簽下巴黎的姆巴佩 。如果今年哈蘭德也加盟皇馬的話，球隊的鋒線上將會擁有本澤馬 、維尼修斯 、姆巴佩以及哈蘭德四人 ，四人中必然有一位將成為替補 ，而維尼修斯理論上將成為那個替補的人 ，這將會打斷巴西人的進步。因此皇馬希望明夏再追求哈蘭德 ，而2023年也是本澤馬合同到期的日子。
盡管《隊報》認為巴薩會因為資金的問題不會簽下哈蘭德 ，但是其他的西班牙媒體也有不同的看法。《馬卡報》稱 ，拉波爾塔將盡全力簽下哈蘭德 ，他也會在近期與哈蘭德經紀人拉伊奧拉會麵 。
