本場比賽進行到第84分鍾 ，施暴赛场孫準浩接球被梅裏達撞翻，足协隨後孫準浩直接起身對梅裏達有一個推搡的罚单罚款動作，雙方隊員因此發生了衝突 。王大为停万元主裁判在與助理裁判交流過後 ，雷实力行向蘇緣傑、施暴赛场田依濃 、孫準浩出示黃牌 ，而為孫準浩出頭的王大雷則被直接出示紅牌罰下場 。
今天下午 ，中國足協也公布了對此事的處理結果 ：2022年11月3日 ，中國足球協會超級聯賽第二十三輪場序第206場 ，山東泰山足球俱樂部隊與天津津門虎足球俱樂部隊的比賽在濟南奧體中心體育場舉行 。
根據裁判員報告 、比賽監督報告 、視頻 、當事方情況說明及聽證 ，當比賽進行到第85分鍾時，在裁判員鳴哨停止比賽後 ，山東泰山足球俱樂部隊14號球員王大雷實施暴力行為 ，用手掐對方球員頸部 ，並用手指戳到對方球員麵部 ，裁判員出示紅牌將其罰令出場 。
中國足球協會紀律委員會依據《中國足球協會紀律準則》第五十三條 、第四十八條之規定，作出如下處罰:
一 、對山東泰山足球俱樂部隊14號球員王大雷予以停賽4場;
二、罰款人民幣4萬元 。
上述處罰應按照《中國足球協會紀律準則》第十七條的規定執行 。本處罰決定自公布之日起立即生效。
中國足球協會將依照《中國足球協會紀律準則》的規定 ，堅決嚴肅處理各類違規違紀行為 ，淨化賽場風氣。望各參與方能夠共同維護比賽秩序和來之不易的足球發展環境 。
對於已經把爭冠主動權牢牢掌握在自己手中的山東泰山來說 ，球隊近期強勁的取分勢頭相當迅猛 。不過越是在這個時候山東泰山越是不能自己犯錯 ，王大雷這種情況在今後是無論如何也要避免的 。雖然說山東泰山板凳陣容足夠厚實 ，但主力球員發生非戰鬥性減員是無論如何也不能被允許的 。
