2021年3月29日下午 ，落定中國足協正式發布2021賽季三級聯賽俱樂部準入名單 。北京保名中超方麵 ，国安天津津門虎“死而複生” ，获官獲得了新賽季中超資格 ，宣中性名上賽季冠軍江蘇隊則無緣準入 ，全部滄州遞補征戰新賽季中超 。尘埃成功出炉
在三級聯賽準入名單中 ，落定中超為16支球隊 ，北京保名中乙為18支球隊 ，国安中乙則為23支球隊 。获官
上賽季參加聯賽的宣中性名“江蘇蘇寧、泰州遠大、全部內蒙古中優、尘埃成功出炉北京人和、深圳壆崗 、江蘇鹽城鼎立”等6支球隊未獲得2021賽季職業聯賽參賽資格 。
此外，備受關注的各個俱樂部中性化更名一事也塵埃落定 ，在足協公布的這份準入通知中 ，所有球隊都以新名稱展示 ，並標注上了曾用名稱 。老牌勁旅北京國安隊在最後一刻“保名”成功 。
