北京時間7月26日，官方曼聯官方宣布，瓦拉從皇家馬德裏簽下法國中後衛瓦拉內，内加雙方簽下了一份為期五年的联双合同 。據多家媒體報道稱 ，签费万瓦拉內的约年轉會費在4500萬-5500萬歐元之間 。這是官方曼聯在今年夏天的第三筆引援 。
現年28歲的瓦拉瓦拉內職業生涯出道於法國球隊朗斯。2011年 ，内加瓦拉內從朗斯轉會至皇家馬德裏 ，联双各項賽事總共為皇馬出場了360次 ，签费万打進17球 ，约年幫助皇馬贏得了4次歐冠冠軍 、官方3次西甲歐冠 、瓦拉1次西班牙國王杯冠軍和4次世俱杯冠軍 。内加此外，瓦拉內在2018年以主力中後衛身份幫助法國隊奪得世界杯冠軍 。
今年夏天 ，曼聯希望引進一名頂級中後衛與馬奎爾搭檔 ，紅魔將引援目光瞄準了瓦拉內 ，而瓦拉內也希望登陸老特拉福德 ，雙方達成了個人協議 ，隨後曼聯就瓦拉內的轉會費與皇馬方麵進行了談判 ，最終雙方達成一致 。據多家媒體報道稱 ，瓦拉內的轉會費在4500-5500萬歐元之間。
值得一提的是 ，瓦拉內是曼聯在今年夏天的第三筆引援 ，此前曼聯已經簽下了桑喬和湯姆-希頓 。
