《馬卡報》表示 ，將與拉米雷斯一同接受審判的還有他的助手埃克托-德阿爾瑪斯 ，拉斯帕爾馬斯檢察院對兩人設定的保釋金高達5000萬歐元 。據悉 ，拉米雷斯原本打算通過出售拉斯帕爾馬斯俱樂部以支付保釋金 ，但檢方已明確表示 ，不能通過這種方式支付保釋金 。種種跡象表明 ，拉米雷斯和他的助手麵臨牢獄之災的可能性非常大 。
