在談到球隊傷病問題時 ，安直範加斯特表示：“我們著重於恢複 ，言想赢们易和每場比賽的不容準備一樣。我一點不擔心球員的广州比賽熱情 。我們有很多傷員，城主賽程緊密 ，帅期一些球員也有身體的待较小傷病。每個球隊都會遇到這樣的量国情況 ，大家都是安直拚盡全力 ，大家都看到了他們的言想赢们易表現 ，盡管對結果可能會失望 ，但球員已經證明了我們有實力 。想贏我們不是很容易 。”
廣州城一直以來都非常善於使用年輕球員 ，對此，範加斯特表示：“對年輕球員來說 ，需要機會積累經驗 。老隊員需要以身作則，帶領年輕球員進步 。我很滿意老隊員 ，他們在場上做到了這一點 。富力對青訓做了很多投入 ，這是中國足球的希望 。很開心青訓為一線隊提供新鮮的血液 。”
最後談到國安隊時，範帥說道 ：“我們兩年沒碰過國安 ，我很期待和中超強隊較量 。我們明天會有個戰術會，分析一下國安 ，做出布置 。”
外援蒂亞戈談到備戰時表示 ：“正如主教練所說 ，我們沒什麽時間做特別的訓練 ，主要還是以恢複 、休息為主 ，準備好下一場比賽 。我們能躋身爭冠組 ，是通過每一個球員的拚搏才做到的 ，在本階段我們也會將這個精神延續下去 ，去拚搏 、去踢好每一場比賽 ，以此向爭冠組的其他球隊證明，我們不是一支能被輕易打敗的隊伍 。”（DD）
