18日 ，中国足协正积足主终批准中國男足進行了在蘇州封閉隔離期間的极推进国首次訓練 。
國足新聞官車恒智表示，场比球隊回到國內後正在抓緊總結前四場比賽的待官經驗教訓 ，全隊會全力以赴訓練備戰11月的中国足协正积足主终批准兩場世界杯預選賽12強賽 。
結束在境外近50天的极推进国集訓比賽後 ，中國隊於15日淩晨抵達蘇州進行14天醫學隔離。场比為滿足下一階段備戰需要 ，待官中國隊獲準可以在全封閉的中国足协正积足主终批准球場訓練 。國足主帥李鐵。极推进国
“前麵這幾天主要是场比以調整休息 、調整時差為主 。待官在西亞比賽時間比較晚 ，中国足协正积足主终批准球員的极推进国作息時間也比較晚 ，要調整的场比比較多。”車恒智說 。
在前四場12強賽，中國男足1勝3負積3分排名小組第五，出線形勢不樂觀。
“教練組在回國之後也在積極總結前四場比賽 ，同時準備11月的比賽 ，做訓練和比賽計劃 。教練組這段時間的工作狀態非常飽和 ，所有的工作都要在這一段時間內密集開展 。”車恒智表示 。
在采訪中，車恒智對中國隊目前的傷病情況做了介紹 ：“李磊之前因為大腿肌肉拉傷一直缺陣，目前他已經基本康複 ，能夠回歸球隊的正常訓練；蒿俊閔在對陣越南隊的比賽中出現左側後群肌拉傷 ，經過這一段時間的治療恢複 ，現在在康複師的帶領下進行慢跑和簡單的有球訓練 。”
“張琳芃在上場比賽大腿拉傷 ，時間過去並不久 ，還隻能單獨在健身房進行力量訓練 。總體來說 ，我們距離下場比賽還有一段時間 ，目前隊伍的傷員到時候應該都能夠康複 。”
按照賽程 ，11月11日和16日中國隊將分別在主場對陣阿曼隊和澳大利亞隊 。
據了解 ，中國足協目前正在積極推進在國內舉辦主場比賽 。一旦獲得有關部門最終批準，蘇州將是最有可能的比賽舉辦地 。
