賽前主教練斯坦利表示 ：“我們準備得不錯 ，压迫隊員們在訓練中都表現不錯 ，控球我們都做好了準備 ，喜欢打好本場比賽 。国安鼓励高位”
隊員於大寶表示 ：“因為疫情原因 ，主帅追求种打我們沒有離開日照 ，压迫而是控球就地備戰 。大家恢複得不錯 ，喜欢隊裏一些傷病也恢複了 。国安鼓励高位全隊上下會一起努力 ，主帅追求种打爭取打好本場比賽。压迫”
記者 ：上輪球隊采用高位壓迫 ，控球對球員體能要求很高 ，喜欢本周訓練你是否進行了更具體的演練？
斯坦利 ：我認為高位壓迫打法應該是北京國安追求的打法 ，是我們俱樂部的基因 。我來了之後 ，一直在和球員們強調這種打法 ，我也喜歡這種打法，我鼓勵高位壓迫 ，更追求控球 。通過控球來掌控比賽 ，丟球以後迅速反搶 ，這其實是節省體能的做法 ，不用整場來回跑 。當然要實現這種打法 ，需要很好的組織 ，很良好的溝通 。所以本周我們重點進行這方麵的布置 ，不管是全隊 ，還是各條線之間的都有 。（裴力）
