北京時間10月7日消息 ，武磊據上海海港俱樂部新聞官趙昊晨透露 ，将伤在同國安隊的月未已返比賽中因傷未能出站的武磊 ，將傷停一個月左右的随队時間 。對於剛剛結束了三連勝的出征海港隊來說 ，這無疑是回上海一個巨大的打擊 。
趙昊晨在社交媒體上介紹稱 ：明天上午 ，打击全隊將搭乘高鐵 ，武磊從大連前往長春；而隊中幾名新增的将伤傷員 ：武磊 、徐新 、月未已返張華晨 、随队劉柏楊則不會隨大部隊一同前往 ，出征他們都將於今日乘機回滬療傷 、回上海休整 。打击
而在同成都蓉城的比賽中受傷的武磊 ，預計將會缺陣1個月左右 。此前 ，海港隊主帥萊科介紹了武磊受傷的情況：這個傷是海港vs蓉城一戰中和對手外援中衛理查德那一次對抗受傷的 ，武磊在高速插上過程中被蓉城外援理查德撞倒在地 ，當時沒有吹犯規 ，但是這次衝撞導致了他之後去醫院，然後是一個比較嚴重的傷病 。
在10月5日晚中超聯賽第21輪角逐中 ，海港隊在主場以0比1不敵北京國安隊 ，武磊缺陣導致球隊攻擊力大打折扣。而此次傷停 ，則意味著他最早也要到11月初才能重返賽場。這對海港隊而言 ，無疑是一個重大的打擊 。
