6月15日匈牙利隊對葡萄牙隊一戰，葡国葡萄牙總統馬塞洛·雷貝洛·德索薩也到普斯卡什競技場觀戰 。总统总统葡萄牙隊贏了，现场葡國總統跟匈牙利總統阿戴爾·亞諾什打賭也贏了 ，观战跟匈他贏了一瓶最好的牙利赢葡匈牙利葡萄酒 。

賽後接受采訪 ，打赌德索薩說 ：“非常煎熬。萄酒上半場 ，葡国我們踢得非常好 ，总统总统下半場我們很艱難 。现场最終我們贏了個3比0 ，观战跟匈除了自身優點 ，牙利赢葡也需要運氣 。打赌這是萄酒我想要的 ，這對出線至關重要。葡国”
德索薩開了匈牙利總統的玩笑：“匈牙利總統 ，真可憐 ，他得送給我一瓶最好的匈牙利葡萄酒 。”
賽前接受采訪，葡國總統就談到他跟匈牙利總統打的賭。如果打平了 ，兩位總統得一起把兩瓶葡萄酒給喝了 。
他說 ：“我跟匈牙利總統聊了很多足球的東西 。我們打了一個賭 ，誰輸了 ，誰送對方一瓶本國最好的葡萄酒。如果打平了 ，就複雜了 ，我們雙方誰也不快樂 ，我們得一塊兒喝掉那兩瓶酒。”
