第四條和第五條 ，都是針對違紀後的罰款 。第四條規定了罰款製度 ，第五條則明確按照違紀次數 ，罰款將以幾何倍數的方式增長 。第六條是在比賽前48小時之內 ，任何球員不得在外玩樂到午夜才回家。
第七條的關鍵字是訓練 ，哈維將完全依靠球員訓練表現和態度來決定首發陣容。訓練態度不佳和表現不佳的球員 ，將會坐板凳 ，甚至坐看台 。第八條是針對某些“事多”的球員 ，在沒有經過教練組允許的情況下，任何球員都不得在賽季中長途飛行進行個人旅行 。
第九條 ，是安全方麵的考慮 。哈維禁止球員參加有受傷風險的運動 ，例如衝浪 、電動自行車等等 ，這被他視為有違合同精神的嚴重違約 。第十條則是球員們必須保持良好的個人形象 ，因為這代表著俱樂部的形象 。球員們在言行舉止上都要成為楷模 ，要和球迷們共進退。在旅行中 ，球員們要遵守必要的行為準則 ，時刻以俱樂部利益為主 。
