5月18日下午 ，由北京能量傳媒和星光拍檔聯合授權，演说湖南心師文化傳播有限公司承辦的家全江赛讲成第五季《我是演說家》浙江賽區啟動儀式在杭州西湖國賓館舉行。出席新聞發布會的国海有 ，第五季《我是区新演說家》浙江賽區名譽主席 、原文化部副部長趙維綏 、布演人民藝術新聞出版社集團總裁張永君、人生中國政協中國史出版社主編袁和玲 、第季北京星光拍檔總經理張少揚 ，演说第五季《我是家全江赛讲成演說家》全國海選組委會副主席陸繼華 、全國海選組委會主席團副主席 、国海總導演劉慶輝 、区新往季人氣選手 、布演全國海選推廣大使崔萬誌 、人生浙江賽區組委會主席 、第季心師文化董事長 、著名心理學專家吳月波、浙江賽區形象大使孟偉 、陳銥銳及眾多文化 、演藝界名人 、央級及浙江數十家合作媒體代表等 。新聞發布會由浙江賽區組委會副主席 、知名影視製片人李東主持 。
《我是演說家》是由北京衛視與能量傳播聯合打造的大型語言競技真人秀節目 ，它憑借語言的魅力、叫好又叫座的群眾效應在眾多綜藝節目中脫穎而出 。浙江賽區為挖到有態度 、有思想 、有故事的演說達人 ，特設11個市級賽區 ，同時設立城市海選 、校園海選、專場海選等，通過各海選類別的設立 ，深入各地市、各校園等 ，深挖各區域演說精英 。賽區前10名優勝選手將有機會進入全國總決賽 。
趙維綏發表了講話 ，他表示對《我是演說家》浙江賽區海選充滿信心 ，並祝願辦出業績 ，取得圓滿成功 。
劉慶輝強調:《我是演說家》是一個弘揚主旋律、傳播正能量的平台 ，也是一個放飛夢想的舞台，浙江賽區海選工作任重道遠，希望承辦單位“心師文化”在秉承優良傳統的同時 ，要與時俱進 ，強化創意意識 ，讓更多人講出自己的故事 ，為新時代發聲!
崔萬誌以自身經曆 ，鼓勵大家用聲音表現自我 ，突破自我 ，用真誠 、動人的語言傳遞正量 。
吳月波匯報了近期的工作成效 ，並透露浙江賽區將在傳承《我是演說家》的基礎上 ，推陳出新，節目組將走進生命的起點——醫院聆聽嬰兒以第一聲啼哭發表演說 ，走進幼兒園 、小學 、中學 、高中 、大學 、職場，婚姻……乃至傾聽生命即將落幕時的深刻感悟 ，變被動為主動，將100座地標串聯成一張“城市的心靈地圖” ，並用“演說的方式”點亮這張“心靈地圖” ，讓每一個人都能發出自己的聲音 ，用故事喚醒正能量 ，以行動實現自己的中國夢……
到場的領導嘉賓為浙江賽區的形象大使 、主持人和專家評委等頒發了聘書 。
