北京時間7月4日淩晨3:00，歐洲杯1/4決賽一場焦點大戰即將拉開帷幕 ，兰危英格蘭將在羅馬奧林匹克體育場迎來烏克蘭的德国挑戰 。比賽開始前 ，名哨歐足聯官方公布了本場的执法裁判安排 。
根據歐足聯的狮裁安排 ，本場比賽的判组主裁判為45歲的德國籍裁判菲利克斯-布呂希 。布呂希曾有過許多大賽執法經驗 ，仅人2011-12賽季歐冠半決賽切爾西VS巴薩 、非德2014年歐聯杯決賽塞維利亞VS本菲卡 、英格2017年歐冠決賽尤文圖斯VS皇家馬德裏 、兰危2018年世界杯瑞士VS塞爾維亞，德国都是名哨由布呂希執法 。
值得一提的执法是，在5人裁判組中一共有4人來自於德國 。狮裁而在剛剛結束的1/8決賽中，英格蘭正是擊敗了德國闖入了8強 。
