北京時間1月27日消息 ，国足12強賽第7輪比賽結束一場爭奪 ，大年中國男足客場0-2完敗日本隊 ，初请出線僅存理論可能 。争口麵對如此強大的气踢球迷對手 ，國足輸球應在情理之中 ，越南不過下一場對陣越南隊的希望比賽 ，已經不僅僅是进步一場榮譽之戰了。

確實 ，可能本場比賽國足換了陣型 ，換了首發球員 ，結果仍注定是失敗 ，中日兩隊的實力差距已經不是靠著鬥誌和拚勁兒就能彌補的 ，全方位的落後讓國足本場比賽踢得十分尷尬。
人民日報體育也在賽後進行了評論 ：“臨危受命的新帥和沒有正常訓練比賽保證的入籍球員 ，都無法快速彌補國足與亞洲一流球隊的巨大差距 。”

不誇張的說 ，大年初一對陣越南隊的比賽 ，很可能比本場對陣日本隊的比賽更讓人關注 ，不僅僅因為中國與越南隊實力接近 ，更是在這個時間點上，兩支球隊都不想以失敗來度過這個春節 。
