緊接著，貝爾談到了裁判問題 ：“每當你將球傳到對方身後時總會出現犯規的情況 ，我覺得裁判受到了現場球迷的影響 。我為此感到萬分失望 。我們錯過了一個機會 ，但我不否認我們為此所付出過的努力 ，這是最低的要求 ，我依舊為此感到自豪 。”
然而，令人意想不到的是 ，剛剛還在侃侃而談的貝爾 ，在被記者問及這場比賽是否是自己代表威爾士踢的最後一場比賽時 ，他竟然直接扭頭就走 ，場麵十分尷尬 。
