LOS ANGELES -- MTV is delving deeper into the digital space with a new docu-series dedicated to internet subcultures and the people who create them.
Owning It, which Mashablegot an exclusive look at (below), mixes first person interview footage with surreal animation.
SEE ALSO:MTV is launching its first weekly, live music series in almost 20 yearsThe series was created and developed by Kim Thai. She, Colin Helms and Garth Bardsley serve as executive producers for MTV.
Check out the first episode, which follows a college student who discovers how to create an alternate personality.
New episodes will be available every Monday on Facebook and YouTube.
