“今年的聯賽就是這樣的開局 ，我也不能對隊員提更高要求了 ，他們做得不錯 ，但兩場比賽結束我們隻有1分 。到了對方30米區域我們必須凶悍一點 ，但我們缺少致命一擊的球員，足球就是這個樣子 。”此外 ，卡帥還透露 ，下一場比賽，費南多能回到陣中 ，球隊在鋒線上會有更多選擇 。
對於本賽季廣州隊的目標 ，卡納瓦羅表示 ，“我非常清楚球迷希望我們奪冠 ，但集團的目標非常明確 ，目標不是冠軍，而是為國養士 。作為教練怎麽可能不想贏球呢？但目前就是要培養像吳少聰 、嚴鼎皓 、楊立瑜這樣的球員，更多能肩負球隊重擔的球員，這就是（集團）很明確的要求 。”
