4月18日 ，天队全2022年亞冠聯賽小組賽第二輪的韩国比賽拉開戰幕 ，三支韓國球隊分別迎戰東南亞球隊 ，支亚F組的冠球给东大邱FC迎戰新加坡的獅城水手 ，G組全南龍對陣泰國的部输巴吞聯 ，I組的南亚蔚山現代則迎戰馬來西亞的柔佛新山隊 。
結果令人大跌眼鏡的屈辱球队是 ，三支韓國球隊全部輸球 ，天队全其中大邱FC隊0-3不敵韓國人金道勳執教的韩国新加坡獅城 ，值得一提的支亚是 ，獅城隊的冠球给东前韓國國腳金信煜甚至都沒有上場 。
全南龍隊0-2負於泰國的部输巴吞聯 ，擁有東道主優勢的南亚巴吞聯在下半場打進兩球戰勝全南龍 ，全南目前的屈辱球队戰績為1勝1負小組第3 。
而作為前亞冠冠軍，最有可能獲勝的蔚山現代隊，也以1-2輸給了馬來西亞的柔佛新山 ，對方球隊的主場優勢也發揮了作用 ，目前蔚山1平1負排名小組第3。
而另一支韓國球隊，H組的全北現代，目前尚未進行第二場比賽 ，他們將在19日麵對日本的橫濱水手 。
雖然目前還處於小組賽的初期階段 ，但三支球隊同時輸給東南亞俱樂部 ，已經開始有人擔心K聯賽球隊會被小組淘汰 ，隨著亞冠聯賽參賽國的數量從去年的32個增加到40個，小組賽也變得更加困難 。按照以往的賽製 ，亞冠聯賽8各小組的每組第一名和第二名都將晉級16強 ，而現在 ，東亞區成績最好的三個小組第二球隊才能晉級16強。
目前 ，大邱1勝1負與獅城積分相同 ，但被擠到F組第3名 。全南以 1 勝 1 負的成績位列 G 組第三 ，僅次於巴吞聯和墨爾本城 。蔚山在第一組排名第三 ，僅次於柔佛新山和川崎前鋒（日本）1勝1平。 （編輯 劉水土）
