北京時間4月8日 ，官方德國足協官方宣布，弗赖駁回弗賴堡此前對於拜仁12人上場比賽的堡上驳回拜仁上訴 。裁定拜仁俱樂部無需對此負責 ，诉被並且指出這一換人失誤是人场因當值裁判組的失誤所造成的 。弗賴堡的因裁上訴理由是 ，拜仁在比賽第86分鍾短暫地擁有12人在場比賽 ，判失違反了規則 。官方
德甲第28輪 ，弗赖拜仁慕尼黑客場4-1擊敗弗賴堡。堡上驳回拜仁比賽第85分鍾 ，诉被拜仁最後兩次換人 ，人场薩比策換下科曼，因裁聚勒換下托利索 ，判失其中托利索是官方在第62分鍾才替補登場的 。拜仁在場上一度以12人進行比賽 ，起因是科曼還未下場時 ，薩比策就已上場 。
德國足協體育法庭駁回了弗賴堡的上訴 ，判定上輪弗賴堡1-4拜仁一役結果有效 。體育法庭認定 ，主要過錯在於裁判組，拜仁場上短暫出現12名球員沒有對比賽結果造成實質性影響 。
