德國足協體育法庭駁回了弗賴堡的上訴 ，判定上輪弗賴堡1-4拜仁一役結果有效。體育法庭認定 ，主要過錯在於裁判組，拜仁場上短暫出現12名球員沒有對比賽結果造成實質性影響 。
