4.使用生長抑素術後早期炎性腸梗阻前期 ，患者的消化液排泄量很大，致使很多消化液積累於腸腔內，不光加重了腸壁的水腫和腸腔擴張，加重水 、電解質失調 ，也使腸功能的康複受到影響 。此刻酌情給予適當的生長抑素能夠削減消化液排泄 ，然後減輕腸道梗阻 。
