北京時間5月28日 ，门德來自意大利媒體《米蘭體育報》的斯正消息稱，門德斯正在運作C羅轉會到巴黎 。运作于姆這一交易是加盟否成行主要取決於姆巴佩 ，如果姆巴佩選擇離開 ，巴黎巴佩巴黎就會考慮門德斯的成行建議 。
C羅在2018年的取决夏天離開皇馬加盟了尤文 ，在尤文圖斯的门德三個賽季贏得了意甲 、意大利杯以及意大利超級杯冠軍 ，斯正同時還獲得了意甲金靴 。运作于姆在亞平寧賽場 ，加盟C羅獲得了大滿貫 ，巴黎巴佩但是成行在歐冠聯賽，C羅卻始終無法帶隊尤文獲得成功 ，取决兩次止步16強 ，门德一次止步8強。

巴黎背後的金主是卡塔爾財團 ，資金實力強悍 ，完全可以承擔C羅高額的薪水 ，但是《米蘭體育報》同時指出 ，這筆交易是否成行與姆巴佩有很大的關係。姆巴佩與巴黎的合同在明夏到期 ，但是截至到目前為止還沒有與巴黎簽訂續約合同 ，一旦姆巴佩拒絕續約，就有在今夏離隊的可能 ，而姆巴佩隻要離隊 ，巴黎就會引進C羅 。但一旦姆巴佩與巴黎續約的話 ，巴黎就不會需要年邁的C羅了。
