其中 ，洲杯巴林 、队确定日伊朗、韩澳伊拉克 、南科科威特 、威特阿聯酋、亚伊领約旦 、洲杯澳大利亞、队确定日韓國、越南 、馬來西亞 、日本以小組頭名身份晉級 ，泰國、沙特阿拉伯、土庫曼斯坦和塔吉克斯坦作為成績最好的四個小組第二同樣出線 ，他們將與東道主烏茲別克斯坦一同角逐冠軍榮耀 。
烏茲別克斯坦U23亞洲杯將於2022年6月1日至6月19日舉行。此前 ，考慮到疫情的影響 ，中國U22國青退出了這屆U23亞洲杯預選賽 。
