談到目前自己的战胜體能儲備情況 ，阿蘭表示 ：“我的越南體能狀態還不錯，每天的可帮訓練強度都很大 ，教練組也在盡力幫我們調整 。阿兰我感覺我的队友都體能正變得更好 ，當然有時候也會感覺到疲勞 ，信心但這和天氣可能有一定的战胜關係 ，因為天氣比較炎熱 。越南距離比賽還有一段時間，可帮相信等到比賽的阿兰時候 ，我們都會適應得不錯 。队友都”
