沙迦當地時間27日傍晚，阿兰中國隊繼續前往沙迦俱樂部訓練場進行訓練 ，队友都歸化前鋒阿蘭接受了記者的信心采訪 。
談到目前自己的战胜體能儲備情況 ，阿蘭表示：“我的越南體能狀態還不錯 ，每天的可帮訓練強度都很大 ，教練組也在盡力幫我們調整 。阿兰我感覺我的队友都體能正變得更好 ，當然有時候也會感覺到疲勞 ，信心但這和天氣可能有一定的战胜關係，因為天氣比較炎熱 。越南距離比賽還有一段時間，可帮相信等到比賽的阿兰時候 ，我們都會適應得不錯 。队友都”
與越南隊的信心比賽 ，中國隊想要取勝 ，鋒線就必須進球 。在被問到近期隊內對抗 ，鋒線的磨合程度如何時 ，阿蘭表示：“我們球員個人能力還是有的 ，配合也沒有問題 ，當然前兩場比賽可能沒有打好 ，希望下一場比賽能夠有好的表現 。”
有記者問阿蘭 ，明顯感覺歸化球員的信心更足，如何把信心帶給國內球員 ？對此阿蘭表示 ：“我們隊每個隊員都是很有自信心的 ，也不僅僅是幾個歸化球員 。之前的比賽確實是比較困難的 ，對手實力很強 。我們需要做到的是誰出場 ，代表國家隊踢比賽都要拚盡全力。我自己也隨時最好這樣的準備 ，很期待上場表現 。”
出現在鏡頭前的阿蘭剃了光頭 ，他也透露 ，這個發型是自己給自己打理的 。因為天氣比較熱，剃光頭比較舒服 。另外 ，阿蘭也開玩笑說，隊內有幾名隊員理發的手藝都不錯 ，“但如果有需要的話 ，我也可以給大家剪發。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
